Senegalese singer/guitarist Marema is making a stop on her African tour in Kenya. She’ll be at the Alliance Francaise in Nairobi on Friday, March 6 at 7.30 PM, then at the Alliance Francaise in Mombasa on Saturday, March 7 at 6 PM. Peeps in Nairobi gotta pay 500/= but it sounds worth it.

Also on March 6 is #MakeitHappen, in honor of the International Women’s Day. Fena and Dela will be at the Nairobi Museum Amphitheater to celebrate the Kenyan woman from 9 PM. This is a classy affair so you know there’s a dress-code. It will set you back 500/= advance or twice as much at the door.
